I recently bought GLUTEN-FREE BREAD & CAKES FOR YOUR BREADMAKER. It's great to have so many lovely recipes. I made the Milk bread and it was delicious, but it didn't rise much. Do I really just throw the yeast in or am I supposed to put it in warm water first. Do you have a blog or website Carolyn? Geraldine
